Demand is stemming from two main sources; Firstly, new multinational companies entering the market, and therefore requiring candidates with good local knowledge, and previous start-up experience. Secondly, existing established companies, often indigenous firms, who are growing and require high quality professionals who can bring world class process and procedure to support that growth.  Overall the message from Nigeria is positive, but without securing the very best talent, these companies will not be able to deliver on their ambitious growth plans.
