Meet the Finalists: “Best UK Overseas Operation”
Executives in Africa are excited to announce that we are finalists in the highly coveted category of “Best UK Overseas Operation”, for the Global Recruiter Awards being held in June at Café de Paris, London. The annual awards have an unprecedented reputation within the recruitment industry for recognising the best of the best. It is an amazing achievement that, with our first nomination for Global Recruiter Awards, we have made the finalists list.
Due to our continued success and consistent delivery on Searches, Executives in Africa are now the largest team of Search experts purely covering Africa, supported by an in-house Research Team boasting French, Amharic, Arabic and Portuguese assessment skills. Being finalists in this category is a great recognition that we have now completed over 500 mandates on the African continent across 38 counties.
Sarah Fitzgerald, Managing Director of Executives in Africa said, “It’s fantastic to be announced as finalists for this award category, as it recognises the contribution Executives in Africa has made supporting businesses in Africa with their human capital needs. This is particularly important at this time as there are huge opportunities for UK companies to do more business across these frontier markets. We are really proud to be a finalist and are looking forward to the Awards event and having the opportunity to celebrate this achievement as a team.”
Richard Putley, Managing Director of Executives in Africa shared his thoughts, “Beyond our continued and sustained organic growth over the past 9 years, we believe our team stands out from other finalists because of the enthusiasm and energy they bring to work every day, evidenced by high engagement levels across the business. Our Researchers and Consultants have to overcome constant challenges and nuances of working with clients for roles based on the continent, which creates a hugely varied and interesting work environment”.
We are all keeping our fingers crossed at Executives in Africa to be announced the winners in June.
