Professionals for Africa

As part of our commitment to developing international networks with Africans in the Diaspora, Sarah FitzMorris, Co-Founder and CEO, is one of the three founding members of the ‘Professionals for Africa’ network which now boasts over 1500 members in the UK, taking a lead role in managing the network, as well as planning and organising UK-based networking events.

Professionals for Africa is a network of UK-based professionals who either identify as African or have an interest in Africa. Feedback has shown, those who attend Professionals for Africa events often establish the beginnings of friendships and partnerships that produce unanticipated but favourable results in different areas of interest.

This network is unique because it provides the ideal balance between social and professional networking for African professionals or professionals interested in Africa.

Since forming the network in 2009, we have been delighted to welcome high profile speakers including His Excellency Olusegun Obasanjo, the late BBC presenter, Kumlo Dumor, Wale Tinubu, CEO of Oando Plc, Diane Abbott MP, and Michael Stone from African Leadership Institute.

For more information on the PfA network, please see www.professionalsforafrica.com

To join the PfA Network in the UK and hear about PfA events, please email info@executivesinafrica.com requesting to be put on the PfA mailing list.

Projects Supported

In line with our commitment to have a positive and lasting impact on Africa, we are keen to identify a number of specific projects to support, which embrace this vision. This may be a practical project within an educational establishment which will benefit a number of African children throughout their education, a leadership development charity, or sponsorship of a particular business course or training programme.

If you have a project which you would like to propose for consideration to be supported, please contact Carla Whitbread on cw@executivesinafrica.com for a Charity Nomination Form.
