Adam spent three years working in B2B technology sales, covering cloud services, disaster recovery, and compliance solutions, before moving into consulting, where he specialised in customer analytics, data, and technology solutions. His recruitment career began with a variety of roles across the technology sector – his passion – as well as property, legal, and media sectors in the UK.
Adam quickly built a strong reputation for excellent client relationship management, demonstrating a natural flair for profiling and headhunting the right individuals for senior roles.
Having moved to Tanzania in 2020, he continued to develop his expertise accessing senior candidates for executive appointments, filling roles such as Head of Product and COO amongst others.
Adam speaks Swahili which he picked up during the time he has spent living in East Africa. He brings strong networks in the region whilst retaining specialist focus on senior technology appointments.
