Adam graduated with a master’s degree in philosophy and has over 14 years’ executive search experience purely focused on building senior management capacity for clients operating across Sub-Saharan Africa.
He has supported leading international companies and local SMEs on high-profile director and
C-level assignments and has developed his specialist sector knowledge to include agribusiness, food and beverages, financial services, FMCG, and the natural resources sectors.
Adam manages our London office and has worked with clients across a number of African countries including Benin, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Congo, Côte d’Ivoire, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Nigeria, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, and Zambia.
