Matt graduated in 2018 with a First Class Honours in History and joined Executives in Africa soon after. He progressed from the Research Team to become a trusted executive search consultant.
He supports a wide range of clients – from blue-chip multinationals and pan-African leaders to listed companies on major global stock exchanges. Matt also works with private equity and VC-backed start-ups and SMEs.
He has completed over 80 search assignments, focusing on board and non-executive directors, group executives, and C-suite roles across 29 African markets, as well as internationally in the UK, France, USA, Netherlands, and UAE.
Matt’s sector expertise spans telecommunications, financial services, and international development, alongside experience in renewable energy, construction, mining, FMCG, agriculture, retail, and sport & entertainment.
