She has over 30 years’ Sales and Management experience including 10 years in Freight Forwarding and Clearing and 20 years in Recruitment and Executive Search having owned her own recruitment firm in South Africa where she specialised in Financial Services recruitment.

Since joining Executives in Africa Andrea has led over 100 searches for senior level and C-Suite talent spanning Financial Services, Conservation, Agribusiness, Shipping, Technology, Renewable Energy, FMCG, Start-up Businesses and Impact Organisations across Nigeria, Uganda, Algeria, Tunisia, Egypt, Ghana, Kenya, DRC, Chad, Benin, Togo, Angola, Mozambique, Tanzania, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso and South Africa to name a few.
