Louise has over 20 years of recruitment experience gained across multiple territories, including South Africa, Nigeria, London, and Luxembourg. She leads retained search assignments for executive and non-executive directors, C-level and senior strategic management roles across Sub-Saharan Africa.  She recruits both sector-specific talent and candidates with transferable skills in areas such as finance, general management, operations, and clinical leadership.
