In 1996, Nicki completed her HND in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Central Lancashire. Her journey in the recruitment industry began in 1999 with the Commercial Industry. For the next 15 years, she specialised in Finance and Accounting, Financial Services, and General Insurance. Later, she ventured into the mobile space within the Tech industry and worked extensively on behalf of her clients in the disruptive area of advanced technology, headhunting candidates worldwide.
