Simon has over 13 years of experience in Executive Search including International markets. For the last 4 years he has worked as a Senior Delivery Consultant/Strategic Account Director across the globe focused on senior Commercial positions within the Clinical Technology and Commercial Education sectors.

In other roles he has been adept at securing first class talent and creating long term partnerships. Simon has extensive expertise delivering C suite mandates such as CEO, MD, CCO, COO, CFO/FD, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Technical Director, Regional Director and Country Managers. These roles have been within Multi Nationals and smaller high growth SME’s. He has worked with PE/VC organisations securing C Suite individuals for their portfolio companies. This has been achieved in geographies including Africa, Middle East, UK, Central Europe, DACH, Nordics and the across the US.

Simon has worked “In-house” as the Head of Recruitment for Microsoft and Prudential, managing teams of up to 65 people across multiple locations delivering complex recruitment strategies both on a volume basis and on individual high-profile hires.
