Simon has over 13 years of experience in executive search, including international markets. For the past four years, he has worked as a Senior Delivery Consultant/Strategic Account Director, focusing on senior commercial roles within the clinical technology and commercial education sectors.

In other roles, he has demonstrated a strong ability to secure first-class talent and build long-term partnerships. Simon has deep expertise in delivering C-suite assignments such as CEO, MD, CCO, COO, CFO/FD, Sales Director, Marketing Director, Technical Director, Regional Director and Country Managers. These roles have spanned multinational corporations and high-growth SMEs. He has also worked with PE/VC-backed organisations to place C-suite leaders in their portfolio companies. His experience covers diverse geographies including Africa, the Middle East, the UK, Central Europe, the DACH region, the Nordics, and across the US.

Simon has also held in-house roles, notably as Head of Recruitment at Microsoft and Prudential, where he led teams of up to 65 people across multiple locations. He delivered complex recruitment strategies at both volume and high-profile executive levels.
